Its citrus acidity leads to a crisp and clean finish with a nice freshness that makes for an amazing glass of dry white wine. Upon first sip, this stainless steel fermented medium-bodied wine also has some mineral feels to it on the palate with hints of honey and complex fruit flavors, complete with a nice yellow color. While amazing cold on a warm day, it also pairs well with pasta, chicken dishes, mussels, green salad and especially smoked cheese.
