This new 2019 Rose’ comes from our Estate Cabernet and Old Vine Zin. The skins are taken right at crush and still, this wine is a nice solid pink that resonates out of the bottle. This dry wine has zero sugar, but the fruit flavors still explode on the nose. You get strawberry, rose, cherries, apples, red berries and at times apricot. Of course this wine is amazing chilled and served in the summer, but because it’s dry, it actually is very versatile and pairs with just about anything. Our Rose’ is very approachable and an easy drink and works well for people accustomed to sweet wines, but are becoming more interested in red and dry wines.
